Lunar Design LLC handles client inquiries, project materials, and business records for custom design services. This page summarizes the safeguards and operational practices we use to protect that information.

This page is not a guarantee of perfect security, not a SOC 2 or ISO certification claim, and not a substitute for the Privacy Policy.

We ask for the information needed to respond to inquiries, scope projects, complete design work, deliver files, and maintain business records. We do not ask clients to send unnecessary sensitive information through the website.

Do not send full card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, or health information through the intake form, chat, or ordinary email.

The website is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. We also use standard browser security headers and short-lived hashed rate-limit counters to reduce form abuse.

Hosting logs, inquiry receipts, and Termly consent records may record limited technical data used to operate and protect the site. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Listed design packages are paid on a Stripe Payment Link for the published USD amount. Custom work is quoted first; after you approve the written figure we send a Stripe page for that exact amount. Card numbers and security codes are entered on Stripe's page, not on this website, and they must not be sent through the intake, email, or chat.

The long statement descriptor is LUNAR DESIGN. The shortened descriptor, or card prefix, is LNRDESIGN* [PRODUCT]. The text after the asterisk names the package or invoice and can change from charge to charge. Banks and card issuers may display, abbreviate, capitalize, or omit that text.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes, PINs, passwords, or bank credentials through the intake form, email, phone messages, chat, SMS, or social media.

Stripe is certified annually as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider for its hosted payment pages. That status does not certify Lunar Design LLC. This studio does not claim completed PCI DSS validation, SAQ, AOC, or certification. The correct validation path will be confirmed against this Payment Link architecture.

Invoices, receipts, and related business records may be retained for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Access to client project information is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, communicate with clients, complete project work, manage files, or maintain business records.

Current website providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Project files may be shared through email, secure links, or file storage tools. We retain project and administrative records for as long as needed for service delivery, reference, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete, archive, or anonymize information when appropriate.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate, take reasonable containment steps, and provide notices where required by applicable law.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying incident and will inform affected individuals without undue delay.

Clients are responsible for sending only materials they have the right to use, protecting access to shared folders or links, reviewing permissions before sharing credentials, and notifying us promptly if project materials or contact information need to be corrected or removed.

To report a suspected security issue, email hello@lunarcreativeco.com with a clear description and enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not include full card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information in email.
