Lunar Design LLC ("Lunar Design," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit lunarcreativeco.com, contact us, submit a project intake, request a quote, or work with us on design services.

Information we collect
Plain EnglishIf you write to us or fill out the intake, we see what you type. Hosting, email, and Termly also collect limited technical data so the site can run. Optional chat loads only after you allow it.
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to give us. The project intake asks for your name, email address, company or brand name, package interest, service preferences, timeline, budget range, and a project message. If you email, call, or send files another way, we also receive whatever you include.
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and company or brand name.
- Project details: package or service choices, timeline, budget range, notes, references, links, feedback, and files you send by email or shared link.
- Client administration: quotes, invoices, payment confirmations, milestones, revisions, approvals, tax and accounting records, and support messages.
- The inquiry form rejects card numbers and security codes. We do not ask for or store full card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting, security, and consent tools may collect limited technical information so the pages can load, stay protected, and remember your cookie choices.
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Termly, our consent-management provider, may process and store consent choices, consent identifiers, timestamps, browser or device details, approximate location, and Global Privacy Control or other supported privacy signals to operate the banner, preference center, and consent records.
- Cloudflare may store inquiry receipts and short-lived hashed rate-limit counters used to prevent form abuse.
- We do not use the website to fingerprint devices beyond ordinary hosting, security, and consented tools.
Information from third parties
We do not buy marketing lists. We may receive information from Resend when an inquiry notification is sent, from Migadu when you email the studio, from Cloudflare when a form is stored, or from tawk.to if you use optional support chat after you allow Performance and Functionality cookies. Professional advisors may receive information if a dispute or tax matter requires it.

How we use information
Plain EnglishWe use your details to answer you, quote the work, deliver files, keep required records, and keep the site from being abused. Marketing is optional and is not currently run through advertising pixels on this site.
We use personal information for the following purposes. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share information
Plain EnglishWe share information with the vendors that actually run this site. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not currently run advertising pixels.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently run advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising on this website. We share information only as needed to operate the studio, complete a project, or meet a legal duty.
Current website providers
These providers receive personal information as needed to do their job for us:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, inquiry storage, and short-lived hashed abuse-prevention counters.
- Resend: inquiry notification email after you submit the contact form.
- Migadu: inbound business email and forwarding.
- Termly: consent banner, preference center, consent storage, Auto Blocker, and privacy-signal handling.
- tawk.to: optional support chat, only after Performance and Functionality consent.
- Stripe: listed packages are paid on a Stripe Payment Link. Custom work is quoted first; after you approve the written USD figure we send a Stripe page for that amount. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page, not this website.
- Google Maps: the About and Contact pages embed the Lunar Design LLC Google Business Profile so visitors can find the studio. Google may receive an IP address and similar technical data when that embed loads. Opening the listing also sends you to Google.
- File storage, invoicing, accounting, and professional advisers when needed for a project.
Legal and business transfers
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request; to protect rights, safety, or the security of the site; or as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or similar business transfer.

Cookies and similar technologies
Plain EnglishTermly runs the banner and preference center. Essential tools always run. Optional categories stay blocked until you allow them. tawk.to waits for Performance and Functionality.
The website uses Termly's consent-management platform and Auto Blocker. Essential technologies support page delivery, security, forms, and consent management. Optional Performance and Functionality, Analytics and Customization, Advertising, Social Networking, and any Unclassified technologies remain blocked until the applicable Termly choice allows them.
The tawk.to support-chat loader is assigned to Performance and Functionality and does not run before that choice is enabled. You can reopen Termly's preference center through Cookie Settings in the footer. The current provider list lives in the Cookie Policy.

Retention
Plain EnglishWe keep project and tax records for as long as the law and ordinary studio administration require, then delete or archive them.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose collected, including quotes, delivery, records, disputes, security, and legal duties. When it is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.

Security
Plain EnglishWe use ordinary, reasonable safeguards for a small studio. No email or website is perfectly safe.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, limited access to project information, and reputable service providers. Card payments go through a Stripe Payment Link. We do not store full card numbers on this website. More detail is on the Trust & Security page.

Your privacy choices
Plain EnglishEmail or call us to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Use Cookie Settings for optional Termly categories. We may keep what the law requires.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@lunarcreativeco.com or calling +1 (912) 915-9764. You may also ask us to stop using your information for non-essential communications.
Cookie Settings in the footer opens Termly's preference center so you can withdraw or change optional categories.
We may need to keep certain information for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, or contractual reasons. We may need to verify a request before we respond.

EEA and UK rights
Plain EnglishIf European or UK privacy law applies, you can ask for a copy, a fix, deletion, a limit, an objection, or a portable file. You can also complain to your local authority.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to the items below.
To exercise these rights, contact hello@lunarcreativeco.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are a small studio and do not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring.
- Access a copy of your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Erase personal data in certain cases (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of data you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California and other US state rights
Plain EnglishCalifornia and several other states give residents extra privacy rights. We will take those requests seriously even if a particular statute does not currently apply to a studio of our size.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Termly receives browser privacy signals where supported.
Submit a request by emailing hello@lunarcreativeco.com or calling +1 (912) 915-9764. We confirm receipt of privacy requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. Where the law permits, we may extend the response period once by up to 45 additional days and will notify you before the original deadline. We may verify the request before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request if we can verify the agent’s authority and your identity.

Children
Plain EnglishThis is a business design studio. It is not for children, and we do not try to collect children’s data.
The website and services are for business users. They are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and UK. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers
Plain EnglishWe are a US studio. If you write to us from another country, your information is handled in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate.
Lunar Design LLC is formed in Wyoming and operates from Georgia in the United States. If you visit the site or contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where Cloudflare, Resend, Migadu, Termly, tawk.to, or other providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location.
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, these transfers rely on the safeguards each provider makes available in its data-processing terms, such as EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes
Plain EnglishIf this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page.
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. For a material change, we will also use a clearer notice on the site when practical. Continued use of the website after an update means the new policy applies to later visits. It does not change a signed project scope already in force unless both sides agree.
